The Story of Climax BPM

The journey of Climax BPM began with the vision of its founder, Yogesh Rupani. While pursuing his MBA from 2011 to 2013, Yogesh discovered his passion for service exports, recognizing the potential of India's BPO and ITES industry. After a brief stint as a director in a partnership firm, Yogesh decided to carve his own path and, with the support of a dedicated team, established Climax BPM in February 2015.

From its humble beginnings with a staff of 25, Climax BPM quickly expanded its team to 85 members by 2016. However, the company faced significant challenges in 2017, which tested the resilience and determination of Yogesh and his team. Despite these setbacks, Climax BPM emerged stronger than ever, thanks to the unwavering support and trust of its core members.

Over the years, Climax BPM has diversified its service offerings, adding Digital Marketing, Predictive Call Center Dialer Solution, and data leads supply to its original voice outbound services. Today, the company employs a team of 40+ professionals across offices in India and the UK and has established a strong partnership with a Manila, Philippines based firm for website development projects.

As time went on, Yogesh ventured into new business avenues, launching brands such as CallTechie, which offers predictive dialing solutions to international companies, and NAAVIV, a fashion brand specializing in Indian ethnic apparel available on various marketplaces and its exclusive online shopping portal at www.naaviv.com.

Climax BPM now serves clients from various countries, including the UK, Australia, USA, and Canada, offering outbound call center, digital marketing, and predictive dialer solutions. The company's continued growth and success can be attributed to its commitment to innovation, excellence, and a win-win approach to business.

Looking to the future, Climax BPM aims to expand its services further, delving into content creation, data mining, and providing call center auto and predictive dialing software to international clients. The company is also planning to move into a larger workspace in 2024 to accommodate a growing team dedicated to achieving its ambitious goals.
